What is different about this Netherlands HiPP?

It comes in a tin container so it makes for better storage! You also get 900g of baby formula compared to the 600g German Version and 800g UK Version! That means you save money!

Expiration dates are far into the future. Fast turnaround & freshest products! Shipped in containers to us from Germany, no irradiation!

Please understand these tins are not made of actual metal, and when being shipped they do have a tendency of denting easily. There is nothing we can do about this. We will not send any Dented tins purposely with your order, but be advised they can dent during transit. They are though 100% safe to consume. Here is a statement by HiPP concerning the safety of a Dented tin. “ All the tins are made of organic carton and do NOT carry any foil or metal parts inside the tins. Therefore there is no harm in Dented tins for the milk product itself. Common sense is  when a tin is completely smashed and the milk has bin in contact with other products we would recommend not to use it (Hygienic / Food safety reasons)." If for any reason this is a problem, please order a different product in a box.

Compared to American formulas, our formulas are on average about $0.02 more per gram (depending on the brand - remember to compare the weight not just the price). But that is nothing in exchange for choosing the healthiest and best option for your baby.

I have a 10 week old and we go between formula and breast milk. At around 3 weeks we started supplementing with similac, a free sample that was sent to us. Of course I didn't know any better and once I looked into a lot of the ingredients I realized there were things that I don't consume myself, so why give it to my brand new baby. We switch to another Dutch formula, but it smelled grassy and my daughter wouldn't keep it down. We switched back to breast milk until I could find a formula that worked. After more hours of research I decided that we would try HIPP. I was hesitant, because it is expensive, and I was scared I'd spend the money then my daughter not like it. Thankfully, she loved it. She spits up a lot less, and she has regular bowel movements. When she was on similac she was more fussy and would go days with a movement. She is a much happier baby with the Hipp Dutch version and it's easy to go back and forth between formula and breast milk. This is what we will be using going forward. :)

I’m so upset that my formula arrived damaged. The packaging was intact, however, the tin has unacceptable dents.

WE have a warning about the soft cardboard used for these tins. It is hard to offer the Free Shipping and protect them at the same time. You can always open the tin and transfer all the formula to another container to check inner contents. Our apologies for the carriers mishandling. We are always here to help.

My five month old is currently bf and is already eating two fruit and veggie purees a day. He is a big boy (20lb) and the 5oz baggies I pump per breast is not enough during the day for him while I am at work. I decided to incorporate formula with my milk and he hated all the options I gave him. I tried three different American organic formulas mixed with my milk and he would gag each time he tried it. Granted the taste of these formulas are awful!. HIPP formula is amazingly good, he absolutely loves it. He makes no faces when drinking and it and we have had no issues with bm. I recommend this formula 100% for those picky taste buds. Thank you Organic Start for shipping this in the US.

This formula is fantastic! I have been exclusively pumping and supplementing with formula for my 5.5 month old baby. She had been on Similac Pro Total Comfort and Happy Baby Organic formula, but I couldn't stand the ingredients in the Similac and she was spitting up a bit on the Happy Baby. We have been using HiPP for a couple of weeks now and she isn't spitting up at all anymore and I feel much better about the ingredients. I highly recommend HiPP and Organic Start - the shipping was fast and the expiration date isn't until next year.

Since last Wednesday my baby has been exclusively on expressed breastmilk and HiPP Dutch stage 1. She’s been exclusively breastfeeding for the first 3 months of her life. But I had to supplement due to low milk supply. I’ve tried baby’s only whey protein but she was spitting up, very gassy and had decreased her milk intake from 4oz to 2oz.
I took her to the pediatrician who advised me to stop giving her that formula because she’s not feeding well due to being gassy. She also recommended similac pro sensitive. Which I didn’t feed my baby because I didn’t want to have to change the formula again.
So by faith I gave my baby the HiPP Dutch stage 1. What I’ve noticed today since she’s having that milk. She’s no longer gassy, she is back at taking her 4 oz, she still spits up but not like before, she’s having bowel movements everyday which wasn’t the case lately on the expressed breastmilk. I posted because maybe someone is interested in the HiPP Dutch but would like an honest review. Hope this helps you mamas out there!

My baby girl loves this formula. I’ve heard a lot of good comments from the mamas I know, tried it and loved it myself.

We have struggled to find a formula that works for my 3 month old. We started with Earth's best regular, then switched to Earth's best sensitive due to constipation. The sensitive was still causing problems so we tried Earth's best gentle. At this point we suspected a milk protien intolerance due to rashes, weezing, excessive gas and more so we switched to Earth's best soy. Again, it wasn't working out. I woupd want to cry along with my baby because I didn't know how to help her. I would spend hours searching and reading trying to find answers. Then I found Hipp. After reading through and talking to my husband, we decided to give it a try, thinking maybe, a different brand and better quality formula would help. We have been using Hipp Dutch for 1 week, so we still have a couple weeks to go to determine if it will be a success or not, but so far it's working great! Bowl movements have changed, she is not struggling to go anymore. She is not as gassy. She seems happier after eating. And is sleeping for longer periods of time. The only thing is she occasionally will spit up, which did not happen before. Hoping this one is a winner!
